How do I upgrade or change my plan?+
Upgrading is instant. Your account switches to the higher tier as soon as your payment succeeds. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my storage quota?+
We'll notify you via email and in-app when you're close to the limit. Uploading pauses until you remove files or upgrade to a higher tier.
Why does the Free plan include only 1 GB storage?+
Because Echoe is fully independent. File storage needs to be paid for, and keeping the free tier fairly small helps us run things sustainably. It's great for testing the workflow. When you're working with bigger projects or stems, the paid plans cover the storage costs and keep Echoe fast and ad-free for everyone.
Are there any limits on transfers or sharing?+
No. You can share as many files and playlists as you want. The only limit is your storage space.
Do you offer refunds?+
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You won't be charged for the next billing cycle. We generally do not offer refunds for unused time after renewal. For more info please see our Terms Of Service.
