FAQ
How do I upgrade or change my plan?+
You can upgrade from your trial or between plans at any time. Upgrading is instant: your account switches as soon as your payment succeeds. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my storage quota?+
We'll notify you via email and in-app when you're close to the limit. Uploading pauses until you remove files or upgrade to a higher tier.
What happens when my trial ends?+
You get 30 days to upgrade. During that time you can still play, download, organise and delete your files, and your share links keep working, but you can't upload, create new share links or make playlists. Upgrade at any point and everything is back instantly. If you don't, your files are deleted after the 30 days. We'll email you 3 days and 1 day before your trial ends, and again 7 days and 1 day before anything is deleted.
What if I cancel my plan?+
You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for. After that you have 60 days to resubscribe, and everything is restored immediately if you do. After 60 days your files are deleted.
Are there any limits on transfers or sharing?+
No. You can share as many files and playlists as you want. The only limit is your storage space.
Do you offer refunds?+
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You won't be charged for the next billing cycle. We generally do not offer refunds for unused time after renewal. For more info please see our Terms Of Service.
